On 27-28th of May 2013, 22^nd Reporting&Election Forum of the Research Institutes took place. During the event 31 members of the Main Council were selected. The Council’s term lasts 3 years.

To the Main Council the following members representatives of medical institutes were chosen:

• Prof. Magdalena Chechlińska, M.D., Ph.D., from the Institute of Oncology in Warsaw
• Prof. Danuta Koradecka, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Central Institute for Labour Protection
• Prof. Henryk Skarżyński, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing
• Prof. Małgorzata Syczewska, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Children’s Memorial Health Institute

Prof. Leszek Rafalski, Ph.D., Eng. was reselected to be the Chairman of the Main Council of the Research Institutes.
