Promoter of doctoral and postdoctoral dissertations, professorship procedures, specialization supervisor

Scientific and clinical activities of Prof. H. Skarżyński cover 44 years (1980–2024). His achievements include many milestones in Polish and global medicine. One of his notable achievements in this is the continued development of scientific and clinical cadres including:

• acting as a promoter of 28 doctoral theses in medicine and health sciences,
• supervisor of 12 habilitation procedures (until the regulatory change that cancelled that function),
• contribution to the scientific output of 7 collaborators who obtained the title of professor
• supervision of over 100 specializations in otolaryngology 1st and 2nd degree, otorhinolaryngology, audiology, phoniatrics, and pediatric otolaryngology.
