Skar\u017cy\u0144ski has been awarded for his outstanding, long-term professional and scientific activity, and significant involvement into cooperation with the Medical Council.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \tMedal named after Prof. Jan Nielubowicz, the patron of the Regional Medical Chamber in Warsaw, has been handed since year 2012, and is the highest award&nbsp; within the medical community of Warsaw.
